Kostiantyn Kruhliak was born in Ukraine in 1999. He received his first double bass lessons at the age of 17. He studied at the Odesa Academy of Music. Later, in 2022, after the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war, he moved to Berlin, where he has been studying with the renowned musician and principal double bassist of the Berliner Philharmoniker, Prof. Esko Laine, at the Hanns Eisler School of Music. Since 2020, Kostiantyn has been an active member of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine.
